- Presentation Ipssar Soverato is a vocational Hotel school with a big tradition founded in 1963. It also has a boarding school for about ninety boys and girls. The school has organised a lot of important cultural and gastronomic events in many European capitals and in Canada and these undoubtedly enhanced the image of the school and of Calabria. Other important moments were the various gala evenings organised for people of the political, cultural and religious world . The school is structured in the following way : -During the first two years the pupils study general subjects and specific subjects -The third year is the year in which the students can choose between : Kitchen (cooking), Bar /dining room (serving) and reception. -The last two years offer a course for Technician in Restaurant Services and Technician in Tourist services, with apprenticeships in Italy and abroad.
